Joshua wants to stall.
Bix stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
A nice right hand lands inside from Bix.
Joshua fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Joshua is trying to break free.
Bix lands a nice uppercut.
A left hand lands to the body for Bix.
Joshua looks winded!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

McGrace slaps away a takedown attempt from Joshua, before circling back to the center of the mat.
McGrace is breathing heavily.
Joshua leaves McGrace with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Joshua scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Joshua jabs at McGrace's body.
McGrace slips a jab and a cross from Joshua.
Joshua batters McGrace with a massive right followed by a huge left! McGrace is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Joshua lands a final crushing right hand to drop McGrace to the mat with a gruesome thud! Joshua is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jimmy Joshua!

Joshua throws a body punch but Tyler moves out of range. #TD2#
Tyler looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Tyler lands a nice short elbow.
Tyler missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Tyler thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Joshua's head.
Tyler is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Joshua avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Tyler.
Tyler lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Joshua has hold of Tyler's hands but Tyler slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.#CUT2#
It looks like Jimmy Joshua has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Joshua is rocked!
Tyler lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Joshua quite badly. Joshua pulls Tyler in close trying to recover. Tyler postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Joshua on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Joshua doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rick Tyler!
Rick Tyler spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

Nice takedown defense from Joshua. No joy for Tperez on that attempt.
Joshua avoids the head kick by Tperez.
Joshua throws a nice looking combination but Tperez bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Joshua throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tperez stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Joshua shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tperez as he jumps to the side. #KD2#
Oooooh!!! Joshua has knocked Tperez down with a huge combo! Joshua steps away and waves a wobbly Tperez back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!#ROC2#

It looks like Tperez Tperez has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Joshua gets tackled into the cage by Tperez. Tperez maintains the clinch.
Tperez has Joshua pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Joshua manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tperez Tperez. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Joshua drops Tperez with a beautiful combination! Tperez stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Joshua is looking for the KO!
Oh Tperez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Joshua cracks Tperez's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Tperez slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Joshua can do further damage! This one is done, son!
