Phillips tries to work over Rios's front leg with a kick but Rios checks it.
Rios seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

and Rios counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Rios will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The ref is looking closely - Rios is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Rios is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
