#R1##CL2# Crypt pushes Heaths up against the cage in a clinch. Heaths tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Crypt just stands there and leans against the cage. Crypt lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Crypt lands an uppercut. A nice right hand lands inside from Crypt. A nice left hand lands by Crypt.
Crypt works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Nice body punch from Crypt - that landed with a thud.
Crypt lands with a left to the head. Crypt lands a hook to the side of the head. Heaths has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Crypt lands with a short head shot on the inside. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Crypt lands a hook to the side of the head. Heaths has Crypt pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Crypt manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Crypt softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Heaths is breathing heavily. Heaths tries to clinch up but Crypt pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Heaths to the mat! Heaths covers up and Crypt unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Cos Crypt! Cos Crypt was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

Coming up we have a welterweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Tom Gunson and Leo Heaths. Gunson's entrance music is Guns N' Roses - Welcome To The Jungle. A fine choice. Heaths has chosen System Of A Down - Chop Suey! as his entrance music. Leo Heaths acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the welterweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Tom Gunson! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Leo Heaths! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Gunson closes the distance and pushes Heaths back into the cage. Gunson pulls guard effortlessly. Gunson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Heaths gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Gunson pulls Heaths in close to prevent any damage. Heaths controls the pace of the fight for a moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Heaths preventing the sweep. Gunson keeping moving, preventing Heaths from controlling successfully. Gunson tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Heaths is working for a kimura but Gunson is defending it quite comfortably.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gunson wants to control but Heaths is keeping busy.

Gunson is staying active underneath Heaths, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Heaths is thwarting Gunson's attempts to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gunson keeping moving, preventing Heaths from controlling successfully. Heaths looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Heaths wants to control from the top but Gunson keeps moving.

Gunson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Heaths defends it easily. Gunson is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Heaths is aware though and is defending well. Gunson is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Heaths has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Gunson has one of Heaths's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage. Gunson struggling a bit here.

Heaths might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Gunson haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Heaths doesn't defend quickly enough and Gunson has managed to lock this one up! Can Heaths escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Gunson on a fantastic submission victory.
