We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Haynes bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. #R1# Trump feints a jab promting Haynes to slip. Trump then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Haynes slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.#CUT2# It looks like Roman Haynes has been cut. Trump darts in looking for a takedown but Haynes gets double underhooks and turns Trump into the cage. Trump misses with a lunging right hand
#TD# and Haynes counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Trump! Haynes is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Trump's shoulder. That is not cool. #SUB# Haynes is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Trump knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Haynes controlling the position. Haynes advances to mount. #SUB# Haynes working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? Willis pushes Haynes against the cage but Haynes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.#TD2# Willis feints and as Haynes raises his hands in defense, Willis changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.#SUB# Willis got a little sloppy there for a moment and Haynes has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Willis has managed to get both his arms back between Haynes's legs - danger averted. Willis is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
