The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Herman connects with a nice short shot to McNee's temple.

Herman shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in James's guard.
James controls Herman momentarily but Herman frees himself.
James definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.#SUB#

Herman should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Herman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Cerrone is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Herman could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
