#R1# Railgun sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Gao moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. #TD# Gao gets caught flat footed, as Railgun shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Railgun postures up.
Gao throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Railgun trying to control the position from guard on top but Gao is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. #SUB# Railgun drops back looking for a leg! Gao is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gao manages to kick Railgun off! Railgun jumps back into Gao's guard. Railgun trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Railgun drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Railgun jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Gao is looking to stand up but Railgun isn't so interested in that idea. #T1# Railgun sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gao's guard. #SUB# Railgun is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Gao is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
