Ragnarok connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Velez's hands.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Velez.
Velez takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Velez darts in looking for a takedown but Ragnarok gets double underhooks and turns Velez into the cage.
Ragnarok dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Velez. That did some damage!#TD#
Velez bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Ragnarok wants to get back to his feet but Velez is dominant here and he's now got Ragnarok's back!
