#R1# Davis connects with a leg kick. Graciani looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Graciani misses with a takedown attempt and Davis counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Nice takedown defense from Davis. No joy for Graciani on that attempt. Graciani on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Davis throws a leg kick which misses Graciani's front leg but catches the back leg as Graciani tries to avoid it. Graciani misses with a takedown attempt and Davis counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Umberto Graciani. That's going to take a lot out of him.#TD# Graciani scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. #SUB# Graciani is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Davis is just riding it out for now. Graciani eventually gives up the hold. Davis throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

Davis is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.#T1# Davis has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Graciani is working away from the top position though. Davis is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Graciani is staying active. Graciani wants to free his trapped foot but Davis is holding on for dear life with his legs. Davis trying to control from the bottom.
Davis wants to get back to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Graciani wants to take a breather but Davis is having none of it. #SUB# Graciani is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Davis still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Davis has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! #T2# Graciani gets back to half guard. Graciani moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Graciani is trying to control the position but Davis postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Davis trying to control but Graciani is working from the bottom. Davis working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. #SUB# Graciani has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Davis should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Graciani has tightened it up now! Davis should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
