Steele lands a nice elbow.

Steele struggles to land a body shot inside as Hamhock controls his hands.
Steele throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Hamhock has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Steele avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Hamhock goes for a takedown in the clinch but Steele prevents it.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ken Hamhock. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Steele gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Hamhock drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Steele gets the underhooks and prevents it. #TD#
Hamhock turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Hamhock manages to end up in side control.#T2#
Steele is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Hamhock is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Steele's shoulder. That is not cool.
Steele wants to get back to his feet.
Hamhock grinds an elbow into Steele's temple.
Steele can't do much from the bottom here.
Steele takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Hamhock has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Steele bucks up and tries to throw Hamhock off but instead Hamhock has got his back!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Steele takes a big shot to the side of the head. #SUB#
Hamhock has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Steele is defending well but eventually Hamhock manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Steele has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
