#R1# Kennedy keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. It looked like Kennedy wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Kennedy's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Huhrera connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kennedy scrambles back to his feet. Kennedy smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Huhrera shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kennedy but Kennedy pushes him off and we're back to square one. Kennedy ducks under a wild hook from Huhrera . Huhrera takes a swing at Kennedy's ribcage but misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kennedy throws a big shot that misses. A telegraphed right hand from Huhrera misses the target. Huhrera seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Kennedy shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Huhrera is backing up but Kennedy catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Huhrera covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Kennedy Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

He must have been working on that in the gym. Escobar tries to close the distance and clinch but Kennedy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Kennedy throwing a counter right hand but Escobar manages to avoid it. Escobar bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.#CL2# Escobar has taken the fight to the clinch.

Kennedy has been working on his boxing with his coaches at FIERCE in the buildup to the fight. Huhrera closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. A jab from Kennedy misses. Kennedy slips a jab from Nworb. Kennedy looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Nworb walks into a jab. Nworb throws a right and a left that both miss. Kennedy swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Kennedy pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Nworb back to the cage.
