#R1# Massiwan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Steve tries to avoid it but Massiwan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Steve to the ground. Steve escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Massiwan looks for a takedown but Steve sprawls well.#TD2# Steve gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Massiwan to score an easy takedown into full guard. Massiwan trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Steve wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Massiwan with a flurry of punches that miss. Massiwan stands up over Steve, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. #T1# Massiwan throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Massiwan working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Steve's head. Massiwan looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. #REVB# Massiwan connects with a couple of short punches. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Massiwan chips away with some ground and pound. Steve preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Massiwan postures up in Steve's guard and throws a big left but Steve blocks it. Massiwan lands strikes from half guard. Steve is concentrating on defense, preventing Massiwan from advancing position. Massiwan looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Massiwan lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. This has been an exciting period of action! The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Massiwan lands a nice short elbow. Steve on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Massiwan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Massiwan working Steve over with strikes. Massiwan is nestled in close to Steve, controlling him well. Massiwan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Massiwan has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Horrible takedown attempt by Massiwan or perhaps it was just good defense by Steve, which made it look bad. Henry Steve has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Massiwan. Steve lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Henry Steve is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Nice sprawl there from Steve as Massiwan shoots in.#T2# Massiwan gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Steve cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Massiwan doesn't succeed with the takedown and Steve counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Massiwan falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!

Lawlor tries to block but a couple of punches get through.#CUT# It looks like Robbbie Lawlor has been cut.#KD# Steve lands a big uppercut and Lawlor crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Lawlor looks OK. Steve waves Lawlor back to his feet!#ROC# Lawlor is rocked!#CL# Steve takes the fight into the clinch. Lawlor is still on wobbly legs! Can Steve finish him? The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Steve creates a little bit of space and unloads with a massive uppercut! Lawlor drops to the mat, out cold! Wow, that was brutal! What a knockout!

#R1# Steve fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Wade looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Steve bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Wade's head backwards.#CUT2# It looks like Joe Wade has been cut. Wade fails with a takedown attempt. #CL# Wade gets a clinch. Steve stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Steve scores with a shoulder strike. Steve gets through Wade's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.#ROC2# Wade is rocked! Steve throws a big uppercut that drops Wade! More strikes from Steve and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Wade lies dazed against the cage as Steve celebrates with his cornermen!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Henry Steve! A relieved looking Henry Steve thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
