#R1# Slow on the wrong end of a nice hook. Vagos shoots for a takedown but Slow saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Slow half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Jab, jab by Vagos - just one landing. Slow ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Vagos moves away. Slow gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Vagos. Some wild striking there from Slow .
Vagos is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Slow on the wrong end of a nice jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A combination from Slow does no damage. Vagos is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.#TD# Slow scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. This has been an exciting period of action! Slow moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. #T1# Vagos tries to improve position but can't. Vagos manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!#SUB2# Vagos seems to be looking for submissions.
Slow is concentrating on defense, preventing Vagos from advancing position. #SUB2# Vagos is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Slow is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ontari Vagos!
