#R1# Ross shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Boaz throwing a counter right hand but Ross manages to avoid it. Boaz throws a lazy right hand but Ross sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Ross is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.#TD# Boaz bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.#SUB# Boaz tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Boaz has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Ross is looking for a sweep. Ross wants to control but Boaz postures up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Boaz is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Ross is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. A bit of a lull in the action. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Ross on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Nagasaki lands with a punch from half guard. Nagasaki working the head and body with strikes. Ross is trying to stand back up but Nagasaki is controlling him
Ross tries to roll over but Nagasaki keeps him under control. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Nagasaki lands a nice short elbow. Ross taking some punishment here, with Nagasaki in his half guard. #T1# Nagasaki is trying to control the action in half guard but Ross is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
