#R1##TD# Madsyn closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Cajellon wants to stand back up but Madsyn manages to pass into side control.
Cajellon is not content to let Madsyn control the position. Madsyn tries to move into full mount but can't pass Cajellon's legs. Cajellon is not in a great position here, taking some shots. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Madsyn goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Cajellon rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Madsyn's guard! Nice work there by Cajellon! Madsyn looking to sweep here. Madsyn is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Madsyn wants to stand up but Cajellon is controlling him. Cajellon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Madsyn swivels though and keeps the full guard. Cajellon swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Madsyn.#CUT2# It looks like Alexander Madsyn has been cut. Cajellon tries to clinch up but Madsyn circles away and keeps his distance.#T2# Cajellon throws a right and a left that Madsyn avoids nicely. #TD# Madsyn dives in and scores a takedown into Cajellon's guard. Madsyn postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Madsyn controlling from the top position. Madsyn stops Cajellon from standing up. Cajellon wants to sweep but no luck. Cajellon avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Madsyn slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.#T3##SUB2# Cajellon has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Madsyn doesn't defend quickly enough and Cajellon has managed to lock this one up! Can Madsyn escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Cajellon on a fantastic submission victory.
