Douglass darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.#CUT# It looks like Knuckles Of Steel has been cut. Steel tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. We've been told by Douglass's head coaches at Blackthorn Reborn that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Steel tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Murdo Douglass seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Steel stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Douglass. Steel swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Douglass quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Douglass jabs at Steel's body. Good leg kick by Douglass there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Steel misses the jab. Douglass connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Douglass lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

#CUT# That has opened up Knuckles Of Steel's cut even more. Steel is aggressively charging in as Douglass backs up avoiding any damage. Douglass tosses out a jab and Steel runs right into it face first! Steel is out cold! Douglass dropped down on all fours and is barking in Steel's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

#R1# A big right from Steel misses. Nish closes this distance looking for a takedown but Steel circles away. Steel fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Nish. Nish shoots for a takedown but Steel saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Nish shoots in looking for a takedown but Steel manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Nish's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kshau Nish. That's going to take a lot out of him.#KD2# Oooooh!!! Steel has knocked Nish down with a huge combo! Steel steps away and waves a wobbly Nish back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!#CUT2# It looks like Kshau Nish has been cut. Nish gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Steel gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Nish is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

#CL# and Dahl holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Dahl has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.#BC# Dahl's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Steel throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dahl. Steel digs a good body shot into Dahl's ribs. Good exchange - Dahl coming out on top.#CUT# It looks like Knuckles Of Steel has been cut. Dahl with a nice cross.#KD# Dahl feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Steel sprawling to the canvas! Steel rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Dahl finish him?!
#ROC# Steel is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Steel gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Dahl points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Steel wakes up just in time to hear Dahl thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Steel lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. #T4# A jab from Steel misses. Fatu is looking to clinch. Fatu throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Steel on the side of the head. Steel cracks Fatu with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Steel looks to throw the jab but Fatu is out of range. Steel swats away the attempt to clinch by Fatu. Steel throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fatu. Steel thuds his shin into the meat of Fatu's side. Steel throws a series of punches but Fatu avoids them all with ease. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Fatu swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Steel. Fatu tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Steel avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Mustafa Fatu dominated that round. The cut man is working on Knuckles Of Steel's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. #R2# Fatu moves in looking to clinch but Steel pushes him off. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Steel! But no joy.#CL# The fight moves into the clinch position. Fatu drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
#BC2# Steel breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
#KD2# Steel lands a big head kick that sends Fatu tumbling to the mat! Steel takes a step backwards and waves Fatu back to his feet - he wants the finish! Steel walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Fatu swinging wildly here.
This has been an exciting period of action! Steel misses with a wild body shot. Steel throws a nice looking combination but Fatu bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Fatu tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Steel paws at him with a jab and circles away. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Steel! But no joy.#T1# Steel circles away from the clinch attempt and Steel counters with a nice low kick that buckles Fatu's knee momentarily. Fatu is looking to clinch but Steel is avoiding it.
Steel cracks the inside of Fatu's front leg. #KD# Fatu feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Steel sprawling to the canvas! Steel rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Fatu finish him?!
A decent looking cross lands there for Fatu.#CUT# Knuckles Of Steel's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Steel buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Fatu is looking to clinch. A telegraphed right hand from Steel misses the target. A solid leg kick lands there for Steel.
Steel gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Fatu gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
