#R1# Mullen tries to clinch up. Mullen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Guy but Guy pushes him off and we're back to square one.#TD# Guy shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Mullen is trying to defend but Guy finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Guy throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Mullen controlling the position for now. Guy perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Guy prevents Mullen from improving his position.#ES2# Mullen has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Guy is on him like a limpet, forcing Mullen back against the cage.#T1# Guy drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mullen jumps guard but Guy turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. #TD2# Mullen ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mullen no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Guy stays in close to Mullen's body and controls the position. Mullen wants to stand and escape but Guy is having none of it. Guy stopping the sweep attempt from Mullen. Guy slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Guy wants to pass the guard but Mullen is keeping the position. Mullen not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
#T2# Guy is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.#REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Guy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
#CL# Guy clinches up against the cage. Guy gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Mullen.
Baked Guy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pearse Mullen.#BC# Guy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Mullen has a takedown stuffed. Mullen fails with the takedown.#T3# Mullen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Guy moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Mullen throws a looping overhand right but Guy ducks down to avoid it. Nice sprawl there from Mullen as Guy shoots in. Mullen tries for a takedown but Guy circles away easily and Guy counters with a lovely straight right hand! Mullen looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Mullen looks winded!#TD# Guy gets a takedown into half guard. Mullen taking some punishment here, with Guy in his half guard. Guy works his way into side control. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Guy happy to just control the position for now. #T4##SUB# Guy thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Guy working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Guy is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Mullen's shoulder. That is not cool. Guy scores with punches from side control. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Guy controlling from side mount. Mullen struggling a bit here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Baked Guy dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! #R2# Guy changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mullen tries to avoid it but Guy manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mullen to the ground. Mullen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Guy throws a combination. Mullen tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Guy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Baked Guy is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.#KD2# Mullen drops Guy with a left right combo! Mullen follows him down to the ground into side control.
#ROC2# Guy is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Baked Guy has been cut. Baked Guy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mullen lands a strong strike to the head of Guy. That's dazed him! Mullen looking to finish here. Guy is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Mullen lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

#R1# Guy tries a head kick but it misses.
Guy fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Guy stuns Van Persie with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Guy throws a leg kick but Van Persie moved away. Guy shoots for a takedown but Van Persie saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Van Persie drops down looking for a counter takedown but Guy sprawls and moves away. Guy throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Van Persie. #CL2# Guy darts in and clinches Van Persie up against the cage.#BC2# Guy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Van Persie throws a leg kick that is checked and Guy counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. #TD2# Guy looking for a takedown here - he's got it.#ES# Van Persie pushes Guy off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Guy has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Van Persie is landing a low percentage of strikes. Van Persie is breathing heavily.#T1# The fight stays on the outside here - Guy looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Guy fails with a takedown attempt. Van Persie tries to counter with a takedown but Guy is quick to defend against it. Bas Van Persie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Baked Guy. Guy thows a leg kick but Van Persie checks it and Van Persie counters with a head kick. Guy tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Van Persie manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Guy scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Van Persie moves out of range of the body kick from Guy.

Van Persie looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.#BC# Van Persie breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Baked Guy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Guy works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Guy shoots in for a double leg but Van Persie sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. A combination from Guy does no damage. Guy shoots in looking for a takedown. Van Persie tries to sprawl out of it but Guy keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Van Persie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. As Guy tries to get set, Van Persie tries to push him back and clinch up but Guy manages to avoid the attempt. Guy with a lazy takedown attempt and Van Persie counters with a series of strikes. Guy will be more careful next time no doubt. #T3# Guy lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Guy moves in looking to clinch but Van Persie pushes him off. Guy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Guy steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Van Persie.#CL2# Guy darts in and clinches Van Persie up against the cage.#TD# Van Persie has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Guy clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Guy tries to break free.
Guy rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
#T4# The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Guy wants to get back to full guard but Van Persie has mounted him! Guy taking shots to the head. Van Persie punishing his opponent with strikes. Van Persie content just to control the position here. Van Persie pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Guy trying desperately to get to his feet.

A close round but Baked Guy will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. #R2# Guy shoots and misses and Van Persie makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Baked Guy seems to be getting the better of the standup. Guy shoots for a takedown but Van Persie saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Van Persie is looking for a counter combo.#TD2# Guy shoots in and gets a takedown into Van Persie's guard.#SUB# Van Persie working for a triangle but Guy defends it easily.
Guy looking to pass the guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Van Persie wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. #T1# Guy working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Van Persie's head. Guy must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Van Persie has control of Guy's left arm, preventing Guy from doing any damage. Guy pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Van Persie is keeping the position for now. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.#T2# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Horrible takedown attempt by Guy or perhaps it was just good defense by Van Persie, which made it look bad. Bas Van Persie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Baked Guy. Van Persie keeps the fight on the outside.#TD2# Guy fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Van Persie to the ground. Guy is now in Van Persie's guard. Guy not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Guy is continuing to stall. Guy wants to pass the guard but Van Persie is keeping the position.#T3# Guy wants to control from the top but Van Persie keeps moving. Guy is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Van Persie with a flurry of punches that miss. Guy not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
#REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! The fight stays on the outside here - Guy looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Van Persie appears to be looking for a big counter. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards. #R3# Guy shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Van Persie counters with a big head kick but Guy shrugs it off. Guy throws a push kick but Van Persie slaps the foot to one side. Guy misses with a two punch combination.

Guy is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. #T2# The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Van Persie stopping the sweep attempt from Guy. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Van Persie accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Guy keeps the fight on the outside. Guy wants to counter the offense by Van Persie and move into the clinch position. Van Persie fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Guy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Van Persie's waist but Van Persie gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Guy off to one side. Guy tries to clinch but Van Persie is having none of it. #CL2# Van Persie gets tackled into the cage by Guy. Guy maintains the clinch. #T3# Guy slowing the pace effectively. Van Persie tries to stall but Guy uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
#TD# Van Persie has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Guy regains guard immediately. Guy controls Van Persie momentarily but Van Persie frees himself. Bas Van Persie overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Guy seems keen to control Van Persie's posture.#SUB2# Guy is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Guy will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Guy shoots in for a takedown but Van Persie shows good takedown defense. Van Persie is looking to counter the offense by Guy and move into the clinch. Bas Van Persie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Baked Guy. Guy shoots in and drives through. Van Persie sprawls well.#CL# The fight moves into the clinch position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Van Persie landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bas Van Persie. I think Guy has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

#R1##TD2# Guy drives through with a takedown into Walsh's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.#SUB# Walsh looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Guy passes into half guard.
Walsh moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Walsh is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR# Walsh looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Walsh blocks the strikes from Guy.
Guy has a hand on Walsh's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Walsh takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Walsh connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
#SUB# Walsh looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. This has been an exciting period of action! Walsh working away from the top, dropping strikes.#T1##SUB# Walsh working for a submission but Guy is keeping him at bay. #SUB# Walsh looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. #SUB# Walsh wants to finish this one by submission but Guy is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Walsh. Guy slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.#ES2# Guy kicks Walsh off and gets back to his feet. Sloppy strikes from Walsh. Those never looked like landing. Guy looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Guy tries to clinch there but Walsh circles away.
#TD2# Guy shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Walsh's guard. Walsh keeping moving, preventing Guy from controlling successfully. #T2# Walsh is trying to keep Guy in close.
#SUB# Guy is posturing up here but Walsh has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Guy tries to roll out but it's too tight and Guy has to tap! Slick submission there by Walsh!
