#R1# Jackson throws the left hand but Nash avoids the punch easily. Jackson has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Harambe Remembrance Hall in the buildup to the fight. Jackson misses with a shot to the body and Nash counters with a right hand to the body. Jackson misses with a right hand and Nash cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Nash misses with a few strikes there.
Nash fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Jackson checks it well. Jackson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Nash. Nash will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nash connects with a crisp jab. #T1# Nash lands a two punch combo.

He must have been on the weights. Nash takes a shot right to the bread basket. Sloppy strikes from Nash. Those never looked like landing. #T2# Nash throws a chopping leg kick but Jackson manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Nash ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jackson moves away. Jackson is looking to counter punch. A decent looking cross lands there for Nash. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nash connects with a good right hand that stumbles Jackson. Jackson circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Nash slips under a jab from Jackson. Jackson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Jackson is breathing heavily.#KD2# Nash lands a left and a right that send Jackson crashing to the mat, dazed. Nash thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! Nash lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Jackson falls backwards - clearly groggy! Godman being controlled against the cage. Jackson taking a breather. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Godman working Jackson over with knees to the body. Jackson lands a right hand that snaps the head of Godman backwards. A bit of stalling here from Godman.

Terrance Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steffan Godman. Godman slips a jab from Jackson. Godman should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Godman tries to bum rush Jackson with a series of wild strikes but Jackson uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Godman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jackson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Godman somewhat. A little feinted left hand from Jackson on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Jackson swings and misses with a shot to the body and Godman counters with a two punch combo. Jackson throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Godman scores with a shot to the body.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jackson keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Nearns landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. #SU# Nearns decides to return to a standing position. #T1# Jackson pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Nearns changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jackson tries to avoid it but Nearns manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jackson to the ground. That was a close round but I would say that Grayson Nearns will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Jackson changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Left hook, right uppercut from Franco. Franco stalks Jackson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Jackson's face. Jackson staggers backwards, shaken. Jackson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Franco sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jackson somewhat. Franco scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Jackson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Franco.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Franco misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Franco feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Jacksons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Nice takedown defense from Franco. No joy for Jackson on that attempt. Jackson's corner calls for a 1-2. Jackson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Franco throws a series of strikes that have Jackson backpedaling.
Jackson closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Franco out cold! Franco corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
