#R1##TD# Woods closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Woods lands in his opponent's guard. Woods will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Woods postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ito can do anything to dispel that myth. Ito tries to land a sweep but no joy. Woods has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Woods throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ito works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Woods postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Ito has momentary wrist control but Woods slips an elbow through the middle. Woods postures up and lands a big shot to Ito's brow. Woods throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ito works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Woods throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Woods working some strikes from top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Woods advances position into side control! Ito parries the strikes from Woods easily there. Woods is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Ito to escape.
Woods cracks Ito with a big elbow. #ROC# Ito is rocked! Ito looks winded!#T1# Woods lands a strong strike to the head of Ito. That's dazed him! Woods looking to finish here. Ito is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Woods lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

#R1##TD2# Ito feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Kramer wants to stand up but Ito is controlling him. Ito scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Ito tries to free his leg and advance position but Kramer is retaining full guard. #SUB2# Ito postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Kramer is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Ito, into his guard. #REVR# Ito has his hands on Kramer's head, controlling the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#T1# Kramer would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T2# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Ito wants to sweep but no luck. Ito managing to control the position. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Kramer throws a strike but Ito rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. #REVB# The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T3# The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Kramer keeping full guard, as Ito tries to pass. Ito missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Kramer working a defensive guard here.
Ito lands a couple of decent looking shots. Kramer keeping moving, preventing Ito from controlling successfully. Ito throws a big elbow that misses. Ito wants to control from the top but Kramer keeps moving. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.#T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Kramer tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ito swats him away and circles back towards the center. Kramer moves in looking to clinch but Ito pushes him off.#TD2# Ito is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kramer's half guard.#SUB2# Ito is working for a submission of some sort.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kramer pushes Ito off looking to stand but Ito dives back in and keeps control.

Max Ito dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. #R2##TD2# Kramer gets caught napping as Ito dives in and scores a takedown. Kramer manages to retain guard. Ito has been the more effective fighter overall so far.#SUB2# Ito drops back, looking for a kneebar! Kramer looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Kramer looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Kramer! #REVR# Kramer misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Ito regains half guard, as Kramer was trying to land strikes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ito manages to get to full guard.
#T1# Ito has a closed guard, preventing Kramer from standing up. Ito wants to sweep here but Kramer controlling him for the moment. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kramer accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. #T2# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Ito is pulling down on Kramer's head. It's preventing any offense from Kramer, at least for the moment. Ito looking for a sweep. Not yet Ito, not yet. Kramer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Ito preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. #T3# Ito has control of Kramer's left arm, preventing Kramer from doing any damage. Ito is continuing to stall.#REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.#TD2# Ito scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.#SUB2# Ito is trying to get an arm triangle but Kramer is defending well. Ito working the ground and pound.#SUB2# Ito is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kramer is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. #T4# Kramer is not content to let Ito control the position. Ito postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Kramer is trying to get back to half guard.#SUB2# Ito is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Kramer has escaped the position, nice work there. Kramer holds on to Ito's head and controls the position momentarily. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!#SUB2# Ito wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Kramer, who protects the arm well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Max Ito showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Kramer's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards. #R3##TD2# Ito drives through with a takedown into guard. Ito trying to control the position from guard on top but Kramer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kramer keeping full guard, as Ito tries to pass. Ito lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.#ROC2# Kramer is rocked!#SUB2# Ito drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ito jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Oh Kramer is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Ito postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Kramer covers up, he's hurt! Ito keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Ito and the ref steps in to end the fight! Ito can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Max Ito! Max Ito tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
