#R1##CL2# Robles drives through and clinches with Wake against the cage.
I was talking to Wake's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Robles manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Robles taking a breather. Robles continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up. Robles lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Wake backwards. Robles is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Robles controlling the action here for a moment.
Wake looking for a takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wake letting Robles take a breather here. Robles leaning against his opponent.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Willian Robles. Robles tries to clinch but Wake is having none of it. Wake appears to be looking for a counter takedown.#TD2# Robles shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Wake napping and manages to drive through into side control! Wake might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Robles tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Wake is being controlled here. #T2# Wake pushes Robles away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Robles gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. The ground and pound from Robles seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Robles fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Robles landing strikes. Robles creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Wake sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. You can see the frustration on Wake's face as Robles controls the position. Wake tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Robles wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Robles wants to stand but Wake has his arm trapped. Robles working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. #T3# Robles tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. #SU2# Robles stands up and we're back to a striking position. Robles tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wake paws at him with a jab and circles away. Willian Robles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wake misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Robles wants to clinch up but Wake keeps it at a distance. Wake half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Robles is looking to clinch but Wake is avoiding it.
#TD2# Robles darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.#T4# Wake is trying to get back to full guard. Robles throwing shots but Wake is blocking nicely. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Robles connects with a nice short shot to Wake's temple. #SUB2# Robles is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Wake is pressed up against the cage. Robles has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Wake down to the mat. Wake avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Wake misses with a takedown and Robles makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wake shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Robles counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Wake avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Wake's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Come on Robles - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

#T2# Robles is trying to drag Wake to the mat but Wake just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Marcos Wake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Willian Robles. Wake is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Robles pulls him back up using the underhooks. Robles just leaning against Wake, taking a breather. Robles wants to stall.

Wake shoots and misses and Robles counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Wake has a takedown stuffed.#CL2# Robles has taken the fight to the clinch.

Wake has Robles pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Robles manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Robles using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Wake is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Robles pulls him back up using the underhooks. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Knees in the clinch landing for Robles.

Willian Robles showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round! #R3# Robles throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wake's waist but Wake gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Robles off to one side. Wake keeps the fight on the outside. Wake defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Robles. Wake appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Wake misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Despite the aggression on Robles's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Robles looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wake is fending him off so far but Robles persists. Nope, Wake circles away and we're back to standing. Marcos Wake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Willian Robles. #TD2# Robles has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Wake clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! You can see the frustration on Wake's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Wake is working hard here to advance position. Robles has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Wake's body.
#T2##SUB2# Robles patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? Robles is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Willian Robles has got the better of the ground game so far.#SUB2# Robles looking to break Wake's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Wake remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Robles will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Robles takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Wake manages to reverse the position and now he's in Robles's guard. Nice work there by Wake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!#SUB# Wake postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Robles is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Wake, into his guard. #REVB##T3# Robles is looking to stand up but Wake won't let him. Wake wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. #SUB# Wake is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Robles is aware though and is defending well. Robles is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.#T4# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.#SU2# Robles stands and steps away. Wake gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Robles is defended easily by Wake. Wake tries to counter by clinching up but Robles breaks away and moves out of range. Robles tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Wake manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Robles has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Wake shoots for a takedown but Robles saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Wake tries for a takedown but Robles sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
And that's the end of the fight! Willian Robles comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Robles has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

#R1##TD2# Wake manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Warner on his heels. He'll look to pass Warner's guard now, I'm sure. Wake trying to control but Warner is working from the bottom. Wake is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Wake stops Warner from standing up. Warner has his hands on Wake's head, controlling the position. Wake stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Warner swivels though and keeps the full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Warner trying to keep a closed guard but Wake is proving a slippery customer.
Wake wants to control from the top but Warner keeps moving. #REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.#T1##TD# Warner looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Wake! Wake sneaks back into half guard. Wake slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.#SUB2# Wake working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Warner doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Warner manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.#T2##SUB2# Warner is posturing up here but Wake has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Warner tries to roll out but it's too tight and Warner has to tap! Slick submission there by Wake!

#SUB# Wake drops back, looking for a kneebar! Parker looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Parker looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Parker! #REVB# Parker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wake. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Wake is holding Parker down, trying to stall. Wake manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wake is trying to get back to full guard. Wake keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. #T1# Wake is trying to get back to full guard. Wake is adopting a defensive guard. Parker is working Wake over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Wake preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. #SUB# Wake is looking to cinch up a triangle. Parker throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Wake's body to avoid the submission. Wake has instead reached around Parker's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Wake arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
