De Chandler shoots in looking for a takedown. Yamato tries to sprawl out of it but De Chandler keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Yamato manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Yamato is clearly trying to counter these attacks from De Chandler with a body shot.
De Chandler slips a straight right by Yamato.
De Chandler has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from De Chandler there as he acknowledges the shot.
We've been hearing reports that De Chandler has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Griffin has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Griffin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
