Randleman changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jackson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Jackson tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
BOOM! Randleman connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Randleman has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Randleman's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Randleman has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Jackson's face.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

After the fight, Quinton Randleman was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Dalton manages to get back to half guard.
Dalton could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Jackson! Dalton is out on his feet! Jackson rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Dalton is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Dalton is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Jackson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Allen is fending him off so far but Jackson persists. Nope, Allen circles away and we're back to standing.

Jackson closes the distance looking for a takedown. Allen stuffs it but Jackson still has hold of him. Jackson picks Allen up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Jackson slams Allen to the floor and that's really hurt Allen - he doesn't know where he is! Jackson throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
