#R1##TD# Randleman changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jackson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Jackson tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. BOOM! Randleman connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Randleman controlling from mount. Randleman has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Randleman's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Randleman has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Jackson's face.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Randleman cracks Jackson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

After the fight, Quinton Randleman was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

#R1##TD2# Jackson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Dalton manages to get back to half guard. Dalton could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Dalton tries to get to full guard but Jackson has control of the leg. Jackson sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Dalton defending well though. #SUB2# Jackson seems to be looking for submissions.
Dalton keeping hold of Jackson's head, controlling as best he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#T1# Dalton is looking for a sweep. Jackson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Dalton desperately trying to maintain half guard. Dalton is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Dalton is doing well to control the position and prevent Jackson from advancing to side control.#REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.#TD2# Dalton gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.#ES# Dalton scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Jackson is fighting to break Dalton's control of his arms but Dalton is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Jackson looking to pass the guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jackson wants to control from the top but Dalton keeps moving. Dalton is pulling down on Jackson's head. It's preventing any offense from Jackson, at least for the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Jackson dominated that round. That's time! A combination from Dalton does no damage. Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Jackson! Dalton is out on his feet! Jackson rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Dalton is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Dalton is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

#R1# Jackson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Allen is fending him off so far but Jackson persists. Nope, Allen circles away and we're back to standing. Allen went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.#KD2# Jackson drops Allen with a beautiful combination! Allen stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Jackson is looking for the KO!#ROC2# Allen is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Osvaldo Allen has been cut.#TD2# Jackson closes the distance looking for a takedown. Allen stuffs it but Jackson still has hold of him. Jackson picks Allen up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Jackson slams Allen to the floor and that's really hurt Allen - he doesn't know where he is! Jackson throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
