Impala keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Python showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Impala.
Python seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Impala scores with a jab. Python is trying hard to land a takedown here. Impala sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

#R1# Singha throws a quick inside leg kick. Nice sprawl there from Singha as Impala shoots in. Impala doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Singha cracks a nice hook into Impala's ribs. Impala shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Singha but Singha pushes him off and we're back to square one. Singha lands an overhand right.#CUT# It looks like Gunnar Impala has been cut. Buakaw Singha seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Impala tries to move into range but Singha moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Impala tries for a takedown but Singha sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A quick step to the side and Singha tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Buakaw Singha has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gunnar Impala.#TD2# Impala drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Singha wants to stand but Impala has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
