Dugan lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Lard backwards.
Lard told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
Lard is trying to push Dugan away but Dugan has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Dugan pushes Lard back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Dugan working some nice short punches in the clinch.

Lard is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Dugan pulls him back up using the underhooks.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lard jumps guard but Dugan stands there with Lard around his waist. Lard gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Darcy Dugan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Larry Lard.

Dugan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Dugan dips a shoulder and cracks Lard with a mighty uppercut! Lard falls back against the cage and Dugan unloads with a barrage of strikes! Lard is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Dugan screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Lard has Willis up against the cage in a clinch.
Willis has Lard pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Lard manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. #TD2#
Lard has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Willis uses from the top position.

Lard pushes Willis off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. #TD2#
Lard feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Lard seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
