#R1# Hansen tries to clinch up but Amagov circles away and keeps his distance. Hansen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Amagov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.#TD# Amagov shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hansen's guard. Amagov works a leg free and moves into half guard. Hansen taking some punishment here, with Amagov in his half guard. #SUB# Amagov seems to be working for a kimura but Hansen defends the submission attempt. Hansen is looking to control Amagov's leg but it's slowly edging free. #REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Amagov shoots in looking for a takedown. Hansen tries to sprawl out of it but Amagov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hansen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hansen is desperately trying to improve his position but Amagov has a good base and remains in mount. Hansen is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Amagov is really dominating this fight. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Luke Hansen. #T4# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hansen is pushing Amagov up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Amagov jumps guard but Hansen turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Hansen has Amagov pressed against the cage.
Arbi Amagov is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Amagov blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
