#R1##TD# Shakhbulatov fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Diaz to the ground. Shakhbulatov is now in Diaz's guard. Diaz looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Shakhbulatov with a nice head shot there.#SUB# Shakhbulatov drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Shakhbulatov seems to have locked his on tight now - Diaz screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Shakhbulatov, as he picks up the win!

#R1# Diaz with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Romero to score with a decent uppercut. Decent striking displayed by Romero there. Left hook, right uppercut from Diaz. Romero listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Diaz shoots in looking for a takedown. Romero tries to sprawl out of it but Diaz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Romero manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. #CL# Diaz drives through and clinches with Romero against the cage.

Diaz misses with a takedown attempt and Romero connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Nate Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Diaz gets a takedown into half guard. Andrews is trying to get back to full guard.#T1# Diaz perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Diaz lands strikes from half guard. Andrews keeping control of the position. Diaz throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Diaz wants to lay and pray for a moment but Andrews keeps working. Andrews looks like he's trying to stand up.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Nate Diaz! Nate Diaz decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
