Foster is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Holmes pulls him back up using the underhooks. Foster has had enough of the clinch but Holmes keeps him there for the moment. Foster is looking for a takedown. Bart Holmes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sean Foster. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Foster is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Holmes to keep the fight standing. Beans is in close to Foster's body, working some short punches and elbows. Beans preventing the sweep. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Beans forces his way into half guard. Beans content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Foster throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around LaRusso's waist but LaRusso gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Foster off to one side. It looked like LaRusso was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Foster tries to bum rush LaRusso with a series of wild strikes but LaRusso uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Foster is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Foster misses with a hook
and LaRusso counters with a stiff right hand. A right-left combo lands from Foster. A head kick misses from Foster. LaRusso stuffs the takedown attempt from Foster. Foster gets slowly back to his feet. Foster takes a head kick and keeps coming.
