Jenkins throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silver's waist but Silver gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jenkins off to one side.
Silver was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Jenkins tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Silver manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Silver will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Silver sets himself, and Jenkins steps forward looking for the clinch! Silver avoids it this time.
Jenkins misses with the combination.
Silver leaves Jenkins with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Jenkins moves out of range of the strikes.
Jenkins dives in and grabs Silver's left leg, looking for a takedown. Silver pushes down on Jenkins's head and hops out.
Aaron Silver has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Jenkins.
Silver connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Silver sends Jenkins crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Silver is motioning to the referee to let Jenkins up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!#ROC#

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Silver throws an uppercut from hell that sends Jenkins clean off his feet! He's out cold! Silver stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
