#R1# Snow takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
#TD2# Snow closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Burt to the mat! Burt manages to get full guard. Burt is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Snow tries to free his leg and advance position but Burt is retaining full guard. Snow stands and throws Burt's legs to the side, diving into side control. Snow prevents Burt from escaping the position. Snow trying to control the action but Burt is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#T1# Snow taking a breather here. Burt is pushing Snow's head away, looking to escape. Snow manages to hold on to the position though.#SU2# Snow stands up and we're back to a striking position. Burt throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. #TD2# Snow fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Burt sprawls well initially but Snow persists and gets the takedown into half guard. #ES# Burt has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Snow is on him like a limpet, forcing Burt back against the cage.#T2# Burt jumps guard but Snow stands there with Burt around his waist. Burt gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Burt tries for a takedown. No joy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marcelo Burt. That's going to take a lot out of him. Snow prevents Burt from breaking the clinch.#TD2# Snow has hold of one of Burt's legs. Burt is fighting the takedown attempt but Snow gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Snow looking to pass the guard. #SU2# Snow stands up from Burt's guard - Snow perhaps looking for a knockout. #TD2# Snow decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Snow is figuring out what he wants to do next.#T3# Snow wants to lay and pray for a moment but Burt keeps working. Ground and pound from Snow. Snow is stalling here. Burt is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Snow seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Burt has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. #SUB# Burt tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. #SU# Burt decides to stand back up. #T4# Burt throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Snow tries to close the distance and clinch but Burt swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Seven Snow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Burt tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Snow swivels and escapes. Burt throws a half hearted mid kick.#TD# Burt closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Snow to the mat! Snow manages to get full guard. #ES2# Snow pushes Burt off and scrambles back to his feet.
Burt is breathing heavily. This has been an exciting period of action! Burt throws a sloppy head kick and Snow moves out of range easily. Burt takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.#TD2# Burt gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Snow to score an easy takedown into full guard.#SU2# Snow stands and steps away. Burt gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Seven Snow will probably get the nod. That's time! Burt's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. #R2# Burt wants to clinch.#TD2# Snow decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Snow working over Burt with some ground and pound. Burt looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Nice strikes from Snow there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Snow is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Burt defends it well. Burt trying to hold on to Snow's head to control him but Snow postures up.

Burt is trying to stand up here but Snow is controlling him well. Snow is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Snow avoids the attempt from Burt to control.#T2# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Snow trying to control but he's not successful this time. Snow has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Burt is looking to improve his position but Snow isn't that keen on the idea. Burt wants to control but Snow is having none of it. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Snow cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
#T3# Snow lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Snow wants to control the pace but Burt is squirming around nicely. Snow dominating with strikes here.#ROC2# Burt is rocked! Snow tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Snow scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Burt?
Oh Burt is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Snow in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
#SUB2# Snow with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Burt keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
#T4# Snow postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Burt bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Snow and the fight is over!
