#R1# Kit misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.#TD2# Scoville drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Scoville looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Scoville with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Kit being controlled here, momentarily. Kit wants to sweep but no luck. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Scoville slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Kit trying to keep a closed guard but Scoville is proving a slippery customer.
#T1# The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Kit has a closed guard, preventing Scoville from standing up. #REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Kit looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Scoville throws a sloppy head kick and Paauwe moves out of range easily. Scoville drops his hands momentarily and Paauwe needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Scoville just on the top of the head. Scoville drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Scoville - he's done!

#R1# No luck with that takedown attempt from Bates. Scoville throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.#CL2# Bates tries to keep at a distance but Scoville has taken the fight into the clinch. Bates could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Bates just leaning against Scoville, taking a breather. #BC2# Scoville escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Scoville stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Scoville wants it to stay on the feet. Scoville tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bates swivels and escapes. Scoville stuffs a takedown. Johnny Scoville showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Despite the aggression on Scoville's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Bates shoots in for a takedown but Scoville shows good takedown defense. Scoville tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bates sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Scoville somewhat. Billie Bates has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. And that's the end of the fight! Johnny Scoville comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Scoville has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Scoville has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Page tries to buck Scoville off but he can't manage it. Scoville lands a couple of good shots and Page has given up his back, trying to escape the position! So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
