Oh snap! He's tossed Carrillo clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Bayola is striking from the back but Carrillo escapes and manages to recover to half guard. Bayola wants to get back to his feet.
Bayola trying to control from Carrillo's half guard. Carrillo has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Bayola throwing strikes but missing. Bayola trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Carrillo manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! #REVR# Carrillo passes Bayola's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Bayola really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Carrillo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#T1# It looks like Carrillo is going to stand back up.

#R1# Tessier throws a sloppy head kick and Carrillo moves out of range easily. Carrillo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. A slapping leg kick lands for Tessier.
#TD# Carrillo shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Carrillo showed some decent athleticism there. Tessier really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Carrillo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Tessier trying to control but Carrillo postures up.
Tessier is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Carrillo jumps into side control! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tessier is not content to let Carrillo control the position. #SU# Carrillo decides to take the fight back to the feet. #T1# Carrillo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tessier sees that one coming and sprawls well. Collins trying to control the position from guard on top but Carrillo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Carrillo wants to stand but Collins is controlling the position. Collins throws a strike but Carrillo rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. #REVR# We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Collins is looking to stand up but Carrillo isn't so interested in that idea. Carrillo would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. #T1##SUB2# Collins looking for subs off his back but Carrillo has passed one foot through into half guard.
Carrillo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Collins keeps working. #SUB# Carrillo looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
#T2# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Collins has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Carrillo is working away from the top position though.
