#R1# Price slaps away a takedown attempt from Du Preez, before circling back to the center of the mat. Du Preez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Du Preez is trying hard to land a takedown here. Price sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Price avoids the head kick by Du Preez.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Du Preez. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Spanner Du Preez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Du Preez misses with a body kick. Du Preez dives in and grabs Price's left leg, looking for a takedown. Price pushes down on Du Preez's head and hops out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Du Preez shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Price counters with a lovely straight right hand!#TD2# Price manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Du Preez on his heels.
