Workman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kio tries to avoid it but Workman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kio to the ground. Kio escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kio throws a fast counter high kick but Workman manages to duck under it in time.
Workman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kio sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Workman somewhat.
Kio moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. #CL2#
Workman gets tackled into the cage by Kio. Kio maintains the clinch.
Workman drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kio pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Burton Workman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
