Samuals tried to counter with a leg kick but Berry avoided it.
Berry has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

and Samuals counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

A slapping leg kick lands for Samuals.

A looping hook to the body misses from Berry. Samuals does a little dance to reset his feet.

We've been told by Samuals's head coaches at Nuclear Physiques that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Samuals stalks Berry and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Berry's face. Berry staggers backwards, shaken.
Berry fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Samuals avoids a kick to the body.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Samuals throws a leg kick which misses Berry's front leg but catches the back leg as Berry tries to avoid it.
Samuals throws an uppercut from hell that sends Berry clean off his feet! He's out cold! Samuals stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

Liam Berry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Berry scores with a crisp jab that stopped Dias in his tracks.

Dias attempts a counter takedown but Berry avoids it well and moves away.
Berry misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Dias drops down looking for a counter takedown but Berry sprawls and moves away.
Dias fails with a takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dias goes for a double leg but Berry avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Berry continues to drive forward.
Berry has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.#KD2#

Berry is looking to defend but Dias has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Berry! Dias pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Berry taps out and this one is all over!
