Barolo throws a hook to the side of Lapris's head but Lapris sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Lapris misses with a wild body shot. #TD# Lapris gets a takedown into half guard. He's pushed Barolo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. #CL2# Barolo gets tackled into the cage by Minakov. Minakov maintains the clinch. Minakov lands an elbow just above Barolo 's eye. #CUT2# It looks like Tristan Barolo has been cut. Barolo is trying to pull guard but Minakov has him pressed against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tristan Barolo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Minakov stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Barolo is breathing heavily. Minakov working some nice short punches in the clinch. Minakov lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Barolo tries to clinch up but Minakov pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Barolo to the mat! and Tyler cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Barolo with a nice cross. Barolo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. George Tyler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Barolo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tyler is fending him off so far but Barolo persists. Nope, Tyler circles away and we're back to standing. Tyler cracks Barolo with an open hand slap.#CUT# It looks like Tristan Barolo has been cut. Barolo takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Barolo looking to sweep here. No luck so far. #SU# Trump stands and steps away. Barolo gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Trump stalks Barolo and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Baldrick utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
