We've been told by Grigorian's head coaches at Gym Amsterdam that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Grigorian dips to his left and cracks Bobeth with an uppercut! Bobeth takes one to the side of the head.
Grigorian cracks Bobeth with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.#CUT# It looks like Michael Bobeth has been cut. Bobeth's coach down at ZuccoTraining Ground was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Bobeth's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Bobeth sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Grigorian blocks a head kick by Bobeth.

#CL# Grigorian darts in and clinches Bobeth up against the ropes. Grigorian lands a body shot. With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Grigorian creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Bobeth wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Grigorian has him pressed against the ropes. Grigorian misses with a short punch on the inside. Bobeth tries a body shot but Grigorian blocks it.

Good leg kick by Grigorian there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Grigorian fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bobeth on the side of the head.#ROC# Bobeth is rocked! Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Grigorian engages and cracks Bobeth with a massive lead left hook - Bobeth tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Grigorian is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Razmig Grigorian! After winning the bout, Razmig Grigorian thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

He's got hold of a leg but Bobeth swivels and escapes. Bobeth throws a head kick but Baby! moves out of range.

Baby! has been working on his balance at Touch Of Death Combat Academy, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Bobeth. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Baby! blocks a head kick by Bobeth.
Baby! throws a series of punches but Bobeth moves out of range. Bobeth throws a big counter head kick but Baby! avoids it with no problem. Bobeth uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Baby!. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Bobeth.
A punch combination from Baby! misses. Bobeth goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Bobeth throws a leg kick but Baby! sees it coming and checks it nicely. Bobeth lands with a kick to the temple. Baby! trying to control the position from guard on top but Bobeth is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bobeth wants to sweep but no luck. #SU# Baby! stands and steps away. Bobeth gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Bobeth lands with an uppercut that bounces Baby! off the cage and back into range. Bobeth struggles to land a body shot inside as Baby! controls his hands.

Baby! follows up with more strikes that drop Bobeth to his knees. Baby! keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Bobeth! This one is all over!

Coming up we have a middleweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Michael Bobeth (ranked 3136 p4p, 354 weight class) and Kronos Doomsday (ranked 3459 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the middleweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Michael Bobeth! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Kronos Doomsday! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Edson Gomes and Alexandre Firmino.
Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Bobeth closes the distance and pushes Doomsday back into the cage. Bobeth jumps guard and drags Doomsday to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Bobeth escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Doomsday gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Doomsday's corner is telling him to maintain position. Let's hope that Doomsday has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Bobeth controls Doomsday momentarily but Doomsday frees himself. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Titus Branch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Branch misses with a two punch combination.

Bobeth on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bobeth rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lock moves out of range and avoids them all easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hank looking for a sweep. Not yet Hank, not yet. #SU# Bobeth gets to his feet - Hank follows without any prompting. Hank looks for the body kick but Bobeth saw that one coming. Hank's coach down at Bebop Training Center was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Hank's balance.
