Micalinni tries to close the distance and clinch up but Steiner swats him away and circles back towards the center.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Micalinni has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Micalinni tries a head kick but it misses.
Micalinni looks to score with a jab to the body but Kozlov is just out of range.
Kozlov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
And Micalinni tries to counter it with a takedown but Kozlov pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Micalinni misses with a looping left.
Kozlov cracks Micalinni with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Ivan Kozlov decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Sloppy strikes from Micalinni. Those never looked like landing.
Micalinni cracks Dias's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Dias slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Micalinni can do further damage! This one is done, son!

Gregor reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Gregor taps out! Nice BJJ there by Micalinni!

Micalinni is working to tighten his grip on Byrd's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Byrd has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Micalinni is really squeezing tight and eventually Byrd passes out! Micalinni breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Gorbachenko drops Micalinni with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Micalinni looks back up at him and smiles so Gorbachenko waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Gorbachenko fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Micalinni looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.#KD2#
Gorbachenko feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Micalinni sprawling to the canvas! Micalinni rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Gorbachenko finish him?! #ROC2#

Gorbachenko lands an uppercut, right on the button! Micalinni tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
