#R1# David connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bishop's hands. David rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
#TD2# and Bishop counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for David! David tries to get back to half guard but can't. David is not content to let Bishop control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bishop advances nicely into full mount. Bishop trying to control but David is having none of it. #T1# David tries to hold on but Bishop postures up. Bishop looking to control and managing it successfully. Bishop can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as David is looking to escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T2# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.#SUB2# Bishop has hold of David's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and David manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
David gets back to half guard. Bishop looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. David wants to get back to his feet.
#ES# David kicks Bishop off and gets back to his feet.#T3# Bishop has a takedown stuffed.#TD# David shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bishop is trying to defend but David finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.#ES2# Bishop has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but David is on him like a limpet, forcing Bishop back against the cage. David landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Bishop is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables David to keep the fight standing. Bishop looks winded! David manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

David gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Derek David has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wayne Bishop. David taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Bishop is trying to pull guard but David turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Bishop wants a takedown but no success here.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by David as Bishop tries to tie him up. David tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bishop just stands there and leans against the cage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bishop tries to score a body lock takedown but David shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Bishop stalling in the clinch but David improves position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

David is trying to improve his position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. David is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.#T1# David is looking to control Bishop's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can David avoid being mounted? David keeping hold of Bishop's head, controlling as best he can. #REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bishop is defended easily by David. Bishop is breathing heavily. David with a body punch. A glancing blow. #T2# Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Bishop changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. David tries to avoid it but Bishop manages to keep hold of a leg and drag David to the ground. David escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. David looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bishop is fending him off so far but David persists. Nope, Bishop circles away and we're back to standing. David scores with a jab to the head.
David sizes up Bishop with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Bishop takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
David connects with a jab. David steps in with a hook that catches Bishop right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! David follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Bishop looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Derek David! Wayne Bishop spoke after the fight, saying 'Thank you rival for a good fight, of course it's a pity that I lost, but I will win next time'.

#R1##TD2# Bishop shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Bishop was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Bishop trying to control the action but Nash is working from the bottom. Nash gets back to half guard. Nash really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Nash is holding on to half guard well. Nash is looking to improve his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bishop tries to stand but his arm is trapped. #SUB# Nash is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bishop pulls his head out easily. #T1# Bishop is controlling the pace.
#SUB2# Bishop is looking for a kimura but Nash is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Bishop to get the leverage. Nash has hold of Bishop's hands but Bishop slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# Nash actively working from the bottom here. Nash has a hand on Bishop's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Bishop takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Bishop landing strikes from the mount and Nash is in trouble! #T2# Nash is trying desperately to improve position. Nash tries to hold on but Bishop pushes him away. The referee warns Nash that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Bishop looking to control but Nash is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Bishop postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Nash looks a forlorn figure.
#ROC2# Nash is rocked! Bishop postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Nash in real trouble here! The ref calls for Nash to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

A very excited looking Wayne Bishop made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

#R1# Gray shoots in but doesn't get the takedown #CL2# and Bishop holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Gray wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.#BC2# Bishop escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nice sprawl there from Bishop as Gray shoots in. Gray takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
#TD2# Bishop bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.#ES# Gray sneaks out the side door and pushes Bishop away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!#CL2# Gray gets tackled into the cage by Bishop. Bishop maintains the clinch. Bishop stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Gray wants to clinch up but Bishop keeps it at a distance.#TD2# Bishop manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Gray on his heels. He'll look to pass Gray's guard now, I'm sure. Gray is wriggling around but Bishop manages to pass to half guard.
#T1##REVR# Bishop is nestled in close to Gray, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Bishop keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.#SU2# Bishop stands up and beckons Gray to join him on the feet. Bishop looks for the body kick but Gray saw that one coming. #CL2# Bishop darts in and clinches Gray up against the cage.#BC2# Bishop breaks from the clinch.
#T2##TD2# Bishop shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Gray's guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bishop accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bishop is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bishop looking to pass the guard. Bishop trying to control the position from guard on top but Gray is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gray trying to keep a closed guard but Bishop is proving a slippery customer.

Bishop swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Gray falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Bishop wins by TKO!
