He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Platanares looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Gojak can't hide his disappointment, as Platanares celebrates the victory.

Gojak misses with a left hand
and Hedley counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Gojak should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Gojak lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hedley circles away quickly and effectively.
Hedley was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Hedley lands a slapping body shot.

We've been hearing reports that Hedley has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Gojak could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Neven Gojak.
