Schmidt shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gold sprawls well. Gold wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Schmidt gets slowly back to his feet.
Schmidt dives in for a single leg takedown but Gold sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Caesar Gold spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
