Thrower shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Thrower connects with a combination that backs up Martin Jr into the cage. Thrower lands a flurry of punches that gets past Martin Jr's guard. Martin Jr is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Thrower bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bricks Thrower!

Martin Jr displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Nikolai.
