#R1# Salikhov throws a nice looking combination but Dickinson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Dickinson shoots in but no luck this time. Salikhov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dickinson moves away.#TD2# Dickinson scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Salikhov is looking to escape.#SUB2# Dickinson is looking for a kimura but Salikhov is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Dickinson to get the leverage. Dickinson stops Salikhov from getting back to his feet.
Nice strikes from Dickinson there. Dickinson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Salikhov is looking to escape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salikhov has hold of Dickinson 's hands but Dickinson slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Salikhov seems to have got his legs back now. Dickinson lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dickinson connects with a nice short shot to Salikhov's temple. Dickinson is looking to take a break and control but Salikhov is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Dickinson is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Salikhov is looking to escape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dickinson slips a nice elbow through Salikhov's hands, connecting with Salikhov's forehead. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Salikhov is trying to stand.
