Cristico shoots for a double leg takedown but Fhin sprawls well. He's pushed Cristico's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Fhin lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Fhin.#CUT#
It looks like Matthew Cristico has been cut.
Cristico closes the distance and clinches up with Fhin, looking for a takedown. Cristico pushes Fhin against the cage but Fhin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Fhin was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Cristico is looking for a kimura but Fhin is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Cristico to get the leverage.
Cristico lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Fhin quite badly. Fhin pulls Cristico in close trying to recover. Cristico postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Fhin on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Fhin doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Dilla tries to clinch there but Cristico circles away.
Cristico shoots and misses
and Dilla counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Nice sprawl there from Cristico as Dilla shoots in.
Dilla could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Dilla misses with a takedown attempt - Cristico sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.#CL2#

Cristico turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Cristico manages to end up in side control.
You can see the frustration on Dilla's face as Cristico controls the position.
Dilla tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cristico wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Cristico tries to move into full mount but can't pass Dilla's legs.
Cristico content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Cristico really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dilla. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

It looks like Matthew Cristico has been cut.
Cristico gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Swayne counters with a right hand to the body.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Swayne has cracked Cristico with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Swayne lands another huge swinging hook and Cristico tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Cristico, before Swayne can land any more shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bruce Swayne!
After winning the bout, Bruce Swayne thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
