#R1# Klimovich shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with McHough but McHough pushes him off and we're back to square one. McHough looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. McHough cracks Klimovich with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. McHough stuffs the takedown attempt from Klimovich. Klimovich gets slowly back to his feet. Klimovich tries for a takedown but McHough circles away easily#KD2# and McHough counters with a crisp one two that drops Klimovich! McHough thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Klimovich to his feet! Klimovich is in big trouble!#ROC2# Klimovich is rocked! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zhenja Klimovich. That's going to take a lot out of him. Klimovich misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Oh Klimovich is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! McHough fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. A good leg kick by McHough. Klimovich takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! McHough uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. McHough lands a nice leg kick that just misses Klimovich's sensitive parts. McHough rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Klimovich moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Klimovich seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. McHough connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. McHough lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
#T1# McHough stuffs the takedown attempt from Klimovich. Klimovich gets slowly back to his feet. Klimovich shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts McHough as he jumps to the side. Klimovich has his takedown stuffed and McHough counters with a good low kick that Klimovich was not able to check. McHough dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Klimovich. That did some damage! Klimovich seems to have got his legs back now. Horrible takedown attempt by Klimovich or perhaps it was just good defense by McHough, which made it look bad. McHough feints a counter leg kick. Klimovich takes one to the side of the head.
Klimovich doesn't succeed with the takedown and McHough counters with a lovely straight right hand! McHough scoring well with a low kick there.
McHough lands an overhand right. McHough lands with a thumping leg kick.
Klimovich misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. It seemed like McHough was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.#T2# A slapping leg kick lands for McHough.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! McHough throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Klimovich. Klimovich drops his hands momentarily and McHough takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Klimovich fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Klimovich with a lazy takedown attempt enabling McHough to counter with a crisp jab. A shot to the liver by McHough. Beautiful body shot. Klimovich shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. An inside leg kick lands from McHough. Today's fight clock is brought to you by... OOOH that's a huge shot by McHough! Klimovich is in big trouble here - the ref steps in to save him and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ben McHough! Ben McHough really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Quark's logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.

#R1##CL# Hug has closed the distance and engaged Klimovich in a clinch.
Hug lands with a right to the head. Hug lands a hook that snaps the head of Klimovich backwards. Hug lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Hug lands with a left to the head. Hug gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Klimovich.
Nice body punch from Hug. Klimovich is trying to pull guard but Hug has him pressed against the cage. A shot in the inside from Hug. Hug pushes Klimovich back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Klimovich goes for a takedown attempt but Hug pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Bear Hug has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zhenja Klimovich. Hug lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Klimovich at a distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Klimovich shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hug but Hug pushes him off and we're back to square one.#CL# Hug moves into the clinch. Hug scores with an uppercut up the middle. Klimovich jumps guard but Hug stands there with Klimovich around his waist. Klimovich gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Hug lands with a left to the head. Klimovich drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Klimovich is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Hug is defending well. Klimovich looks winded! Klimovich is trying to pull guard but Hug has him pressed against the cage. Hug lands a nice uppercut. Klimovich wants a takedown but no success here.
Klimovich drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hug gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Hug lands with a short shot to the head. Klimovich goes for a takedown attempt but Hug pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!#CL# Hug drives through and clinches with Klimovich against the cage.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Hug.#T2# Hug lands with a left to the head. Hug gets through Klimovich's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hug lands with a short shot to the head. #ROC# Klimovich is rocked! Hug lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Klimovich is still on wobbly legs! Can Hug finish him? Hug throws a big uppercut that drops Klimovich! More strikes from Hug and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Klimovich lies dazed against the cage as Hug celebrates with his cornermen!
