Winters fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Winters has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Niflheim misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Winters has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Niflheim after a bit of a struggle. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Reginald Winters. That's going to take a lot out of him. Niflheim is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Winters is defending well for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Niflheim misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Winters is trying to force a seperation but Niflheim has the dominant position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Niflheim tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Winters's elbow. Winters is trying to pull guard but Niflheim has him pressed against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Niflheim creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Winters's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Winters drops to his knees and Niflheim pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

#R1##TD2# Valker throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Winters tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Valker is in Winters's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Valker engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Winters trying to keep a closed guard but Valker is proving a slippery customer.
Valker showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Winters could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Valker postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.#T1# Winters trying to control the position.
Winters working a defensive guard but Valker passes into half guard.
Valker perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Valker uses his free foot to push down on Winters's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Winters. Winters throwing punches from his back. He's mounted here but still fighting back. Winters is trying desperately to improve position. Valker takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.#T2##T3# Winters tries to hold on but Valker pushes him away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Valker controlling from mount. Winters tries to hold on but Valker postures up. Winters is trying desperately to improve position.#SUB2# Valker is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Winters to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Winters shrugs it off. Winters might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Valker controlling the pace for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Winters wants to try and get back to his feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Kord Valker dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Winters is looking to stand back up but Valker counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Winters. #REVR# Valker slows the pace down in half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Winters wants to control the action here but instead Valker manages to pass to full mount! #T1# Valker sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Let's hope that Valker has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Winters is looking to get to half guard. Valker moves to back control. Valker has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Winters's body.

#SUB2# Valker is working for a rear naked choke. Winters is not defending it well and Valker has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Winters refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Winters's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!

#R1# Johnsen slaps away a takedown attempt from Winters, before circling back to the center of the mat. Johnsen has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Johnsen looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Winters tries for a takedown but Johnsen sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Winters fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Reginald Winters. That's going to take a lot out of him. Johnsen misses with a jab, cross combination.
Winters tries to counter by clinching up but Johnsen breaks away and moves out of range. Johnsen throws a wild combination but nothing lands. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnsen looks to land a right hand but Winters moved out of range. A little feinted left hand from Winters on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Johnsen fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Winters checks it well. Winters is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Johnsen keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.#T1# Johnsen throws a hook to the side of Winters's head but Winters sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Johnsen swings widly with a right hand
and Winters counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Winters shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Johnsen sprawls well. Johnsen wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Winters gets slowly back to his feet. Johnsen slaps away a takedown attempt from Winters, before circling back to the center of the mat. Johnsen fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Johnsen defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Winters. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Winters. Winters shoots in looking for a takedown. Johnsen tries to sprawl out of it but Winters keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Johnsen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. #T3##TD# Winters feints and as Johnsen raises his hands in defense, Winters changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.#ES2# Johnsen has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Winters is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. Winters could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Winters keeps control of Johnsen as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. #TD# Winters has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Johnsen uses from the top position. Winters managing to control the position. #T4# Winters manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Winters shoots for a double leg takedown but Johnsen sprawls well. He's pushed Winters's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Johnsen is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Johnsen throws a head kick that misses. Winters throwing a counter right hand but Johnsen manages to avoid it. Winters walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.#TD# Winters changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Johnsen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Johnsen takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Henrik Johnsen. I think Johnsen has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
