Akindamola is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Que is defending well. Akindamola is looking for a takedown. Ray Que has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adeolu Akindamola. Akindamola tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Que just stands there and leans against the cage. Akindamola is looking for a takedown.#TD# Que pulls guard effortlessly. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Akindamola is stalling in the full guard. #SUB# Que working for a triangle but Akindamola defends it easily.
#T1# Que pulls Akindamola in close to his closed guard and prevents Akindamola from doing any damage or advancing position. Que wants to stand up but Akindamola is controlling him. Que is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Que is working hard here to advance position.#T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Que avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Akindamola's corner is telling him to maintain position.#REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Akindamola shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Que counters with a lovely straight right hand! Akindamola has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.#CUT# It looks like Adeolu Akindamola has been cut. Que keeps the fight on the outside. Que looks for a takedown but Akindamola sprawls well. Que throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Akindamola's waist but Akindamola gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Que off to one side. Que fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Akindamola unleashes a big counter combination but Que bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Que is breathing heavily. Akindamola stuffs the takedown attempt from Que. Que gets slowly back to his feet. #T3# Akindamola dives in and grabs Que's left leg, looking for a takedown. Que pushes down on Akindamola's head and hops out. Que seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Akindamola shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Que as he avoids it easily. Akindamola wants to clinch up but Que keeps it at a distance. Que misses with a takedown attempt - Akindamola sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Que darts in looking for a takedown but Akindamola gets double underhooks and turns Que into the cage. Que leaves Akindamola with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Que dives in for a single leg takedown but Akindamola sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Akindamola misses with a jab, cross combination.
#TD2# Akindamola shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Que manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Que wants to get back to his feet but Akindamola passes into half guard.
#T4##REVR# Akindamola controlling the pace. Akindamola moves nicely into side control. #SUB2# Akindamola in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Que is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
