Watson takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Ekoto has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Ekoto staying calm. Watson bucks up and tries to throw Ekoto off but instead Ekoto has got his back! Watson is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Ekoto.
Watson looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. #T1# What can Watson do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

#R1##TD2# Excellent takedown into side control there by Ekoto. Wyatt can't do much from the bottom here. Ekoto lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Wyatt down.
Wyatt really is a fat lump. Ekoto tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Wyatt struggling a bit here. Ekoto wants to control but Wyatt is keeping him busy. Ekoto controlling the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ekoto trying to control the action but Wyatt is working from the bottom. The referee asks Ekoto politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something.
