and Blake counters with a straight right hand. Putski throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Blake moves away from the strike by Putski. Blake throwing a counter right hand but Putski manages to avoid it. Nice defenses there by Blake. A big right from Putski misses. Blake stuns Putski with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Putski misses with a hook
enabling Blake to counter with a crisp jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jab from Blake. Putski throws a hook but Blake avoids it easily. Blake lands a lovely overhand right. Putski swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Blake.#CUT2# It looks like Chris Blake has been cut.#T1# A left lands for Putski. Ivan Putski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Blake takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Putski throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Good exchange - Putski coming out on top. Putski might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Blake ducks under a wild hook from Putski. Blake uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Putski. Blake displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Putski throws out the jab. Putski rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Putski takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Nice defenses there by Blake. Blake went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Putski is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Blake. #T2# A telegraphed right hand from Blake misses the target. Blake moves away from the strike by Putski. Putski misses with a right hand letting Blake counter with a right hand. Putski throws an off balance right hand
and Blake counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Putski lands an overhand right. Putski staying out of range there. Putski rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

#R1# Matos looks for a takedown but Putski sprawls well. Putski throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Jab by Putski.#KD2# Putski drops Matos with a beautiful combination! Matos stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Putski is looking for the KO!#ROC2# Matos is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Natala Matos has been cut. A slow jab from Putski misses its intended target. Oh Matos is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Matos dives in and grabs Putski's left leg, looking for a takedown. Putski pushes down on Matos's head and hops out. This has been an exciting period of action! Matos bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Putski misses with a hook. Matos seems to have got his legs back now. Ivan Putski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Matos dives in for a single leg takedown but Putski sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Natala Matos. That's going to take a lot out of him. Putski lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Matos falls backwards - clearly groggy! Putski dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

#R1# Putski connects with a right hand. Silva shakes it off. Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up but Putski swats him away and circles back towards the center. #CL2# Silva forces Putski back against the cage and clinches.#BC# Putski breaks from the clinch.

Silva tries to clinch up. A little feinted left hand from Putski on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Putski avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Putski is looking to counter punch. Silva on the wrong end of a nice hook. Silva takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
