Buchanan is trying to keep an underhook but Tromet manages to get the takedown into half guard. Well, if Tromet is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Buchanan is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Tromet's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Tromet's back! Tromet trying to control the action but Buchanan just sinks the hooks in. Tromet is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Buchanan is staying active. Tromet tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! #T1# Tromet tries to hold on but Buchanan pushes him away. Tromet is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

#TD2# Tromet drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. This has been an exciting period of action! Tromet working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
#T4# Tromet taking a break here but Buchanan is having none of it and regains half guard. Buchanan moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Buchanan can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Tromet controls the pace. Buchanan working a defensive guard but Tromet passes into half guard.

Mako is looking to stand back up but Buchanan counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Mako. Mako keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. #SUB2# Mako looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Mako tries to roll over but Buchanan keeps him under control. Buchanan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mako on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Donk. Roach catches Buchanan right on the button with a cross.#CUT2# It looks like George Buchanan has been cut. A left lands for Roach. Buchanan could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Roach throws a body punch but Buchanan moves out of range. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Roach, as that shot connected.
Roach drops Buchanan with a big left hand! Buchanan is injured, injured bad! Roach jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

#CUT2# It looks like George Buchanan has been cut. Burton lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Burton tries to land a body kick#CL# and Buchanan counters by moving into the clinch. A nice left hand lands by Burton.
Burton lands an uppercut.#ROC2# Buchanan is rocked! Burton lands a right hand that snaps the head of Buchanan backwards. Oh Buchanan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Burton creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Buchanan with a big uppercut! Buchanan tries to clinch up but Burton pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Buchanan to the mat! Buchanan covers up and Burton unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

A quick step to the side and Buchanan tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Buchanan shoots in for a double leg but Mazur sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for George Buchanan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Buchanan keeps the fight on the outside. It looked like Buchanan was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Mazur looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Buchanan wants to get back to full guard. Buchanan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Reiden connects with a nice short shot to Buchanan's temple. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Sanchez is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Buchanan defends well.
