Beast is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Peters doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Beast.

Dave Beast opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.

Peters throws a lazy right hand but Barakus sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Peters misses with a looping right.

Peters shoots for a takedown but Barakus saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Peters takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Barakus has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Peters is landing a low percentage of strikes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cecil Peters. That's going to take a lot out of him.
