#R1##TD# Excellent takedown into side control there by Guthrie. Knicknack is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Guthrie has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. You can see the frustration on Knicknack's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Guthrie is working Knicknack over with some ground and pound from side control. Guthrie landing strikes. #SU# Guthrie has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. #TD# Guthrie closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Knicknack takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

#R1##TD2# Knicknack decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.#ES# Crawford has one foot on Knicknack's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.#TD2# Knicknack shoots in and gets a takedown into Crawford's guard.#ES# Crawford wriggles free and stands up. Mark Knicknack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Crawford avoids the head kick by Knicknack.
Knicknack tries to clinch but Crawford moves out of range. Crawford looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit. Crawford circles away from the clinch attempt.
